Upcoming Children and Youth Family Events

Over the summer families from St. Pauls joined for an evening picnic and bible activities at one of York Counties local parks. Each family was asked to bring their own picnic dinner to enjoy as we gathered. The evening included an interactive bible story along with a family activity and craft. All pavilions were located close to the park playground so children could enjoy time playing with their friends.

Spark family magazine provides ways for you to talk about God and Jesus with your children. St. Pauls subscribes to this magazine for our families with young children sending it directly to your home.  Take time to read the stories with your children and try out some of the activities. Enjoy growing in faith together. (If you are not receiving this magazine, simply call the church office and asked to be added to the subscription list.)

Gods Work our HandsSeptember 11, 2022

Annually the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) observes Gods Work our Handson the second Sunday of September.  Over the years we have used our hands to; clean up trash and debris littering the neighborhood, prepare health kits to give aid to those in disaster struck regions, and assemble school kits for children in developing nations.  This year our Service Project was to pack personal and baby care kits for Lutheran World Relief.  These kits will provide much needed self-care for people in situations of fear and uncertainty around the world.  All items that were needed to complete the kits were provided by St. Paul’s.  The congregation assembled the kits and packed them for Lutheran World Relief.
