Cantabile Bell choir

In this time of uncertainty, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many changes upon us all.  The many fears associated with the Coronavirus has virtually halted singing to a very minimal level.  Because of the safety concerns regarding group vocal singing, choirs of every type have had to silence their songs temporarily.

This Fall, our worship and music ministry will evolve out of the need to make music in a safe environment while maintaining social distancing and all the necessary precautions to allow us to worship safely.  Victor Fields will be in contact with many of those children who were and wish to stay active and involved in music ministry at St. Paul’s.  Together, we will grow and learn as children of our loving Father.

The Cantabile Bell Choir is made up of students in grades 2-6.  Students as young as 1st grade will be taken if parents feel they can handle a 45 minute rehearsal.  No prior music experience is necessary.  We play some pieces for handbells, Orff instruments, drums and add singing voices.  The children usually perform once a month at the 10:30 a.m. service.

If you have any questions about handbells, the Cantabile Bell Choir, or the children’s music program, please feel free to contact Victor Fields.
