Habitat for Humanity

St. Paul’s congregation was named Habitat’s “Church of the Year for York County” in 2009 & 2011 because of the strong involvement by our congregation. Habitat for Humanity builds or renovates homes for families who are required to help in the project and live in the homes for at least 5 years.

During the Habitat projects, many of our  members have helped to raise the buildings.   It is a very rewarding community service, especially to see the families’ pride in their new homes, which they helped to build.

Currently, there are no projects going on which St. Paul’s is involved.  Our liaison to Habitat for Humanity is Tony Culp.  If you would like further information, contact Tony or check out the Webpage for Habitat www.habitat.org.
