Benevolence Committee

Get Ready, Get Involved!!!

Each year St. Paul’s Congregation has set aside a portion of our giving to be used for charitable missions and projects to benefit our members and neighbors locally, regionally, nationally and worldwide.  Are you thinking about a ministry or project ready to launch now that needs funding to get started in 2019? Please prayerfully consider new ministries and organizations that could benefit from our gifts of time, talent, and money and pick up an application to get the process started.

St. Paul’s Benevolence Committee has recently approved assistance to the following entities:  the Bridge of Hope National Campaign, a local York County Hospice, Lutheran World Relief, Hurricane Maria relief, a mission trip to Tanzania, and St. Paul’s Education Committee.  Thank you to all of those who have previously submitted applications.

We are accepting applications now for 2019 but requests are always welcome and can be submitted anytime; even if out of cycle.  Please be aware of those who are in need of God’s help and assist them by requesting a gift from St. Paul’s Benevolence Fund.  Get involved!  Pick up and fill out an application and submit to the Benevolence Committee for consideration.  Applications can be found in the back of the Church on bright pink paper or by clicking on the Template-Application link below and printing it out on your home printer.

Any questions may be directed to Cynthia Vaught, Amber Dull, Tom Throckmorton, Karl Graham or Pastor Reep.
